Membership Options

This is a family membership.
The primary member, his/her spouse, and unmarried children under 25 will have the rights to use the golf membership.
- Children over 25 could play paying a green fee or becoming Junior members by a rate of $ 150 + taxes.
The primary member and his/her spouse will have the following rights:

Unlimited access to the 18-hole golf course and clubhouse.
Access blocks of tee times reserved for members only.
Book tee times up to two months in advance (Priority over hotel guests).
Utilize the practice facility at no additional cost.
Store golf clubs at no additional cost. Utilize a locker on a per-round basis at no additional cost.
Invite Guests.
Rent an area for a private function.
Utilize car rental for additional fees.
6 rounds of golf at Santa Maria Golf Club and special agreements with other Clubs in the region.
Purchase pre-paid cart packages for a discount.
Participate in instructional activities for additional fees.

- Initiation fees will start at $15,000.00 for residents and their children, but only with limited memberships. Gradual increases will be applied.

Monthly dues for residential golf members: $325.00 + taxes.

This membership wouldn’t apply to the second course.

The member and his/her spouse will have the following rights.
Member Dues of $250 + tax per month (no-included cart fees).
Family can be added for an additional cost.
20% discount on hotel rates. Blackout days apply.
Unlimited Golf (full access from Sunday afternoon to Friday morning)
The Club may discontinue this Membership at any time.
A minimum 2-year agreement with BGC as a member is required.

CAR RENTAL

The usage of cart rental will be included in the member guest rates and hotel guest rates.
Members will have to pay additional fees to use carts.
Members will have the right to select one of the following two power-related options.
- Carts: pay on a round basis ($22) or purchase pre-paid packages for the year ($800)

PRACTICE FACILITY

The practice facility is an amenity to the members.
Access to the practice facility will be covered as a part of the monthly dues paid by members.
Rates charged to member guests, hotel guests, and homeowner golfers include access to the practice facility before play.
Members will use the practice facility to warm up before playing golf, to practice their game regularly, and to assimilate new techniques.
The professionals will use the practice facility to give individual and group lessons to members of all playing levels (i.e., beginners, intermediates, and experienced golfers).
Learning programs for junior golfers, female golfers, and beginners will also be organized at the Clu, and most of the learning practices will take place at the practice facility.
